Buck Tamblyn Property Management was established in 1998 as a small company that managed / owned two small plots of land in rural Manteno. Since then we have grown to be one of the largest commercial real estate companies in Kankakee County.

We hope to continue to grow in both the commercial and residential world of real estate.  We strive to achieve that goal by providing safe, clean rental units at an affordable price.  We understand that our rental prices must stay current with the economy and cheaper than those of our competition.  We must be versatile in our thinking  to keep our existing tenants satisfied, and open-minded to the ideas of potential tenants.   We work diligently with long standing, nationally known companies, as well as small new companies that are opening their doors for the first time.  We find that working in rural communities on the outskirts of Chicago provides us with a plethora of opportunities.  We look forward to a strong future and hope to meet, and work with many new people!  Contact us today and share your ideas on how we could help you!
